Return Policy
You may return most NEW and UNOPENED items purchased at Bicycle Outlet within 30 days of purchase for full refund. Returns made without a valid sales receipt or receipt dated more than 90 days previous may be exchanged or refunded for store credit for the lowest advertised price. There are NO refunds on bicycles, trainers, layaway payments, store credit, gift certificates, closeout items, tools or electronics. There is an exchange or store credit ONLY policy on cycling jerseys, socks, shorts and shoes within 7 days of purchase. Must be in new condition. All existing return policy rules apply.
